Dear Igor
I just want to say thank you very much for the personal shopping experience last week. As you know, I am a size 16- 18 and need an outfit for my sister’s wedding. I don’t like the way my arms look, and I find it really hard to dance in heels. Being a red head I’m never really sure what colours to choose, but you gave me some valuable advice
Usually I really hate shopping, but you made it so much more fun. I didn’t know what to do and you helped me to find the perfect dress for it.
Thank you again for a wonderful time

Dear Jessica
It was a pleasure working with you and I had an amazing time helping you to decide what to wear for your sister’s wedding. As you know we started off with 10 dresses which I had chosen to suit your body shape and colouring. To begin with we played it safe, with darker colours, since these are flattering to ladies with your colouring and build. You tend to rely on black and grey, which do suit you, but I was really pleased that you moved out of your comfort zone, and tried on the dress that we eventually chose.
We bought a v-necked, sleeveless, knee-length jersey dress in an unusual “giraffe skin” print – but with purple patches on an ivory background. Because you wanted to cover your arms, we accessorised with a purple silk pashmina and added a purple and green cut glass necklace and a bracelet in similar colours. To help you dance the night away, we picked some comfortable suede dark purple ballet pumps to finish things off.
